Excellent The staff is always nice and courteous. I actually enjoy coming to this facility. The doctor is excellent and explains things in a way a regular person can understand. I trust my eyes to her.

Professional and Friendly I went into Dr. Hofacre's office and was welcomed by a friendly and polite staff. The office was clean and organized. Dr. Hofacre was professional and friendly. She was informative as well. I will recommend Dr. Horfacre's office and services.

Amazing Feeling! Had my LASIK done with NVISION and my pre and post up follow up care has been with Dr. Hofacre and her staff in the Costco in Chino Hills. The whole process has been so smooth and easy. At first I was a little apprehensive with getting it done, but now I have no regrets and am sooooo happy with the decision I made to get LASIK. Friendly and Professional Staff is very friendly and professional. Easy to make appointments and quick service. Friendly and Up to Date Patient care and concerns are very well asked for any further treatments needed. Staff and Doctor are very friendly and make sure you leave office comfortable and up to date on any future visits.

Awesome and Thorough My husband and I have been coming to this office for several years. We seen Dr. Paula Tran has always been the we see, she's awesome and very thorough. She always has time for our questions and concerns. We love coming here, the staff is great, super friendly and i like that it's convenient as well.

Great Have been with Dr. Hoface since she started at costco. Very professional and listens well. I have special needs due to being in a wheelchair and her office accommodates me. I have never been happier with an optometrist I have seen.
