Friendly and knowledgeable gardeners/staff.
They do not back their products! I have $120 worth of dead or dying bushes that the owner says he cannot do anything about! How are we supposed to take care of the small businesses when they don't take care of us! 😡

I actually do know the plants were not sickly when you bought them. We are inspected by the state of Illinois and we have received a clean bill from them. Also our growers are inspected by their state as well. They cannot transport material if it does not pass the inspection. The reason you "go through all that trouble" is because if your plants are dying or dead, this could be for a number of reasons.
