I have no complaints whatsoever. Totally professional in all aspects.
I have no complaints with Dr. Hoek and her staff. Everyone is professional and makes me feel comfortable.
When I came in there were three ladies that greeted me. They were all very nice and friendly. I filled out some paperwork and then I was lead into one of the rooms. I was quickly examined and had my teeth cleaned thuroughly. I even had the procedure explained to me with specifics of what was going on during my cleaning. Hoek Dentistry is very professional and I recommend everyone in Virginia beach to give them a try.
I have seen Dr. Hoek my last 2 exams. This exam I had a dental hygiist. I had to ask her, her name when seated. She then introduced he self after I asked her, her name. I did not like her chair side manner. It felt cold and uncomfortable.
I think this office treats people exceptional. Great team and service.
