My sister called to get a last minute appointment her 9 year old son was crying because his ear hurts so bad, they tell her 3:45 and she gets there three minutes late from all the traffic and they refuse to see him.This place is horrible, after all the time spent sitting in there waiting room through the years 30 and 40 minutes to see the doctor this is how they treat a child, SHAME ON YOU!!! What horrible , horrible service. Would never recommend going there!!
The staff get better and better with their personal integrity and service. I feel like I'm with a caring, nurturing family. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
They are a horrible business they're racist and they're unprofessional. The doctors talk openly about patients confidential information. They input false information on patients paperwork. The wait time is long because they pick and choose which patients they want to see first and make the other patients wait. Everything I say is facts I use to work there so I know. I would not recommend going there.
Dr John is amazing. He has kept my husband healthy for 20 plus years since cancer in 1996. If you tell Dr John there is something wrong He will absolutely NOT stop until He fully satisfied there is nothing major wrong. Words can not express our gratitude that there are still professionals like this. While it is true since joining Methodist the entire staff is on allotted "hospital time", Dr Hoehn still greets with a smile and hand shake.
