I have been a loyal customer for 9 years, leasing 3 cars from them and having all my car services done by them. I had my Acura MDX serviced on 6/16/2023. The NEXT DAY, while driving with my two daughters on the freeway, we heard a big bang, the car shook and in my rearview mirror I noticed a tire rolling across the freeway towards the shoulder. Very disappointed with my entire experience with this lackluster organization. From the Sales Manager to the Head of the Service Department, they exhibit a level of incompetence & inconsideration that's mind blowing.

Review for the service department of Hoehn Acura. At first the dealership looks nice and all however the service I received wasn’t that nice. My headlight was giving me a problem and paid for diagnostics fee and for a “should” repair suggestion that didn’t fix the problem. Came in again for second diagnostics of my headlight they told me my headlight inverter/igniter needed to replaced for $1.3k And later I found out that my headlight bulb was bad, not my ignitor/convertor! I took my car there to change the headlight, had to leave the place but asked them to text me how much is gonna be so i could bring it back later. They asked me 330$ to change the just one headlight. Yes you didn't get wrong, 330 U.S. Dollars.
