DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! This is without a doubt my worst buying experience EVER. My first indication that this was going to be a nightmare was at the showing. The Agent could not even answer the most basic questions about the property, and even told the buyer that the water heater was under the kitchen counters! After the offer was accepted, the Agent didn't get papers to the buyers until after 8pm, and then was very indignant at them not being signed first thing the next morning. Very poor service. Didn't get papers to the buyers until after 8pm, and then was very indignant them not being signed first thing the next morning. Went to give them a check for the deposit. There is one sign on a fence by the Parkway, but no signs indicating where the office actually is. Building is in a residential area and actually looks like it could be a home, so with no signs, it's difficult to know where to go.
