good doctors and nice staff I've been a patient here since I moved to the area and have not had an issue. they have been extremly helpful to both myself and my family. The staff has always been nice and good to deal with.They have caught a few health issues I did not know where going on and I feel much better now. thank you

Very unhappy after 7 years I have been a patient with Hodges Family practice for 7 years now. Dr. Spry was my MD. However, she has recently moved to another practice and I "moved" with her. I went to Hodges in Asheboro and requested that my records be sent to Dr. Spry's new office.Yesterday I received a notice from a lawyer in Greensboro saying that my account is past due and if I don't pay it in full, legal action will be taken against me. customer service I had no problem with Dr Spry (no longer with practice), but customer service bad been trying to get issue resolved 4 months now no follow ups if you talk with someone or leave a message. got my mother a new doctor when one at the asheboro office said to her maybe you just had one to many birthdays. great bedside manner you think ?

front desk....no rofessionals My husband was laid off of work and drawed unemployment for close to two years. With no insurance we could not go to the doctor. I called to make an appt for the first time and had to wait two weeks to see a doctor. I told the lady who made the appt that I have had an ear ache for a week and she acted as if I was a nobody. Very rude staff! Been a customer for a few years. The staff has become more rude with each visit. One cut me off on the phone and sent me to the front to make an appointment. I would expect more professionalism out of my staff and would expect no less from a Dr. office. I will probably not be going back.

mixed review Dr. Francisco - poor "bedside manner" - brusk, doesn't listen.Dr. Beth - wonderful physicianStaff - some office staff do not seem professional; doctor assistants are usually friendlier and are more competant communicators.Evening hours are very, very helpful to those patients who have unempathetic employers.

Inc says it all ! They think they know all, but I tell you that they don't. I was taking my disabled son to see Dr. Hodges and while he was trying to test him for strep, my son was scared and shut his mouth. My son is easily scared, but if you take a second to explain what you're doing, he's fine. No he came at him and stuck it in his mouth and when my son shut his lips, the Dr rammed it into his mouth and cut the side of his lips and he was bleeding ! He said NOTHING ! Not a word ! new doctor the office is very clean.Dr beth is one of the best doctor i every had.the only thing is if you are sick you sometimes you have to wait.

Problems with Hodges Family Practice office staff I have been seeing Dr. Beth Hodges for years and couldn't be happier with her, but I have been having increasing problems with her office staff. Because of a misunderstanding one day when I had an appointment, I feel like they have been stonewalling me, in essence encouraging me to go somewhere else.
