We recently used Hodges and Associates for a home inspection on our new construction, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Have had 2 houses inspected by Hodges. They missed so many things with both houses. Would never recommend them.
I have been working performing WDO inspections for almost 17 years in the SW Florida. I have worked with a number of inspectors, and if I were to have my home inspected, Charles Hodges would be on the top of my list. I highly refer Hodges and Associates as professional home inspector .
Hodges & Associates performed a home inspection on my home for buyers who purchased my home. I am a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida, and I couldn't believe all of the bad information in the inspection report. Inspection companies like this hurt both the buyer and seller because of the bad information in the report. It was very obvious that the inspector didn't have a good understanding of the Florida Building Code or general construction knowledge.
