They are literally useless. Everytime I call them about something, they say they can't do it, or that it's the owners owner's responsibility. Absolutely useless.

Hodan has been fiscally irresponsible with our association. They have hired incompetent sub-contractors that had led to water damage on the top floor units. They have improperly budgeted projects which had led to additional assessments. In short our associations financial stability has not been their goal.

This is the most incompetent set of staff in any form of services I've ever engaged. Starting with Vera, who not only doesn't respond to emails requiring action, but when she does respond is to no avail The list of issues with Hodan includes: 1. Poor budget management: Sketchy accounting, double-counting expense items, hiding fees within fees, and bankrupting the association 2. I have not had an issue with Hodan Property until it was time to sell my property and now they have lived up to all the reviews. They are unresponsive, rude and uncompassionate. These are the wrong people to run this business.

Hodanb is completely uninformed and incompetent. I used to own a unit at 181 Salem Street, Boston, and the trustees fired Hodan. I own a unit at 126 Prince Street and have experienced leaks from units above me and Hodan tells me to contact my insurance, have repairs made, pay the bill and then collect from the owner of the unit where the leak originated. This is contrary to the condo law of Massachusetts but Vera still insists that she has a contract supporting her illegal claims. I intend to sue them.

We met with Hodan, and what some of these folks have written is true. She made comments about how we invested in a crappy building. She seems to be 'assessment' focused. And she was not taking any responsibility for anything -- and didn't seem to have much empathy. A few things have been handled okay, but this company will be making our condo fees go up, and nothing material will be gained. I would avoid this company if you don't have a lot of money to spare.

Vera is unprofessional and a bully. She exaggerates and embellishes arguments. So hard around the edges- when she speaks to you. She takes 1 element that is truth but will add dishonesty to support her way - her argument. Very concerning because I wonder what she has done at our condo complex (Nautica) and others that are managed by her to get her way. What laws have been broken?...we know that is she lies depending on the audience- she changes her stories. So far - in reading the comments.--the consensus is on target... read more
