My wife had a total knee replacement and we had FIVE star treatment. Dr. Hockman was wonderful with my wife and kept me included and informed. After surgery he gave me a report on her health. During her follow up visit he gave her his full attention and stayed with us until all our questions were answered. He has a wonderful "bed side manner". He is friendly and professional.
Dr. DavidHockman was great throughout my right and then left knee replacements over the 6 months. He and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and very responsive to your questions and needs. I recommend Dr. Hockman and Columbia Orthopedic Group for your joint needs.
Dr Hockman and his staff were very kind and helpful! I had lived with knee pain for years and was progressively getting worse. It was so bad that I thought I was going to end up in a wheelchair. He did total knee replacement on both of my knees as cartilage was gone and bones were wearing down. I am now walking normally without pain! Dr Hockman gave me my life back!! I wish I had seen him and had this done years ago and not suffered for so long! A million thanks to him and his staff-I definitely recommend him!
The whole process was very smooth. The team was informative and always there for me. DR. Hockman did an excellent job for me.
I had a great experience with my left knee replacement and will soon have my right knee done by Dr. Hockman. I wouldn't want anyone else to perform the procedure.

Dr. Hockman completed TKR on both knees, one in October and the other in December. I had been seeing him for two years prior to ascertain the problems with my knees and receive shots for the ongoing pain. He was a complete professional. He provided me with a video to watch prior to surgery, a surgery center surgery experience where I received excellent care, an overnight stay at the Lodge with PT and Nurse available after.
