The trip was good. Myself and 4 other family members went and enjoyed ourselves but....we waited for 2hrs after paying due to them not having kayaks for us to use. The young man that was at the entrance to the water was all by himself and had no one to call. If someone would have been injured or if he would have had an angry customer, he had no one to call. This place is disorganized. Wow won't be back. Waited forever guy tried to put us on a bus that was full. Finally got to river oh guess what no kayaks!! Had to wait another 45 min to get kayaks. End of trip docking the staff seemed uninterested in helping us get out of the river. Horrible
Two drunk guys fighting and a drunk girl (Amy) who locked herself in the bathroom (with two guys) provided lots of drama before the trip. Very inappropriate for the young kids who were watching. But on a side note, the torch lit canoe trip was very relaxing and peaceful. I'll pick a more family oriented canoe livery next time.
We had a blast! We did the $34 fun pack which has a free upgrade to the 7 mile canoe trip, 18 holes of putt putt golf and 2 rides on the go karts. Awesome experience and a great staff!
