My client closed on a Friday morning on the seller side. Friday at 4:57 we get an email saying the wire from the buyer hadn't been initiated and they were just now checking for the federal routing number. Communication was horrible throughout the experience and led to unnecessary stress. My seller didn't get her proceeds until 3 days later as the buyer's bank had put in the incorrect number. I sold my house and Hocker Title / Momentum Title did the closing. Union Savings is the buyers lender. I believe the bank wanted to use this title agency as that is who they pushed. I signed my house away and I was told that I would have funds wired the same day. I am now being told that the bank will not release the funds to the title agency to pay me because of the buyers collateral loan. The title agency shouldn't have allowed this to close. It was a pleasure working with Adriana. I was disappointed the check for funds due to the seller wasn't ready even though she knew a wire transfer was not possible in this situation. Also, I was told I would get a phone call when our situation was resolved and I didn't get a call. However, I would still feel comfortable dealing with her and this company again. Thank you.
