Excellent veterinarians and staff! Our dog Rosie met with Dr. Ponzetti for the first time today, and Rosie felt very at ease with her (Rosie is a somewhat anxious dog)! Highly recommended!
Today was our first visit here. We had been with our previous vet for 20 years but felt the quality of care was declining so decided it was time to find a new vet . After talking to several friends and lots of undecided feelings we chose Hollis . My cat Frankie can be a little temperamental so I forewarned everyone. The vet came in and greeted me then went to Frankie in his carrier and quietly spoke to him and was so nice and calm. When we took him out he was so good. Amazing facility and staff! They have done so much for our animals, especially our sweet kitty Sophie. They feel like family now! So thankful for them.
When we moved to Hollis we started taking our animals here. The desk staff was friendly. However the vet was terrible. We spent thousands on our two year old dog here, which resulted in the vet telling us to take her home and put her on constant painkillers, which would kill her liver. We were referred to another vet that quickly diagnosed a raging infection that Hollis neglected.
