RecommendedAlways amazing! I’ve been taking my cats here for a couple years now and even with the SD restrictions, I never come home with a traumatized cat.
I have to say the staff and Vet was amazing. I called with a concern that I thought my cat may have a UTI. They were able to get him in right away.. fortunately they were able to express urine and test it.. they caught debris/crystals in his urine. Early enough that we can correct it. He will now be on a prescription diet. I am so thankful and grateful to the Hollis animal clinic staff for seeing my Jack so quickly! He is very important to our family!
As always the drs and staff took such good care of one of my fur babies. And they are TOTALLY COVID-19 safety compliant! Great experience with them and recommend highly.
terrible customer service. pet had an emergency and they could not help me at all and told me to call again tomorrow or try elsewhere. why have a family vet if you cannot rely on them when you need them?
Hollis Animal Clinic is seriously the best Veterinary clinic. I moved to Maine and tried 2 other clinics, but chose Hollis as my forever Vet. Every single time I have a caring, positive experience here and they always give options of what's recommended and don't try to sell you on more than what's truly needed. They educate you and give you all the info you need to make informed decisions. I highly recommend! I drive a bit farther to see them, but my pets are worth it 🐾
We are new to HAC! Love them and their prices! Our former Vet was much more expensive! So glad they are able to still do visits during quarantine by having “parking lot pet pickups!” Thank you for keeping us all safe! Beau loves you guys too!
Improve their customer service skills
We had to put down our love lady yesterday, it was not what we expected we was going to have to do. The vet techs and Dr. Wesley were amazing, they set us up out back of the building with a blanket so we could spend time with our lady, they performed everything right outside(because of the vivid-19) so I could be with her in her final moments, they made my husband and I so comfortable, treated us so kindly. I highly recommend Hollis animal clinic!!!
They are all very caring and supportive. I've been brings pets to them since they opened and worked with some of them prior to. Great small town clinic.
