Thank You Freeman Group for your great care. My 4 year old son loves coming and getting his sugar bugs removed. Maria is just fantastic with him. He even accidently dropped his car in the trash and she retrieved it, sterilized and brought it out to us as we were leaving. That's what it means to care about others and go the extra mile. We live closer to many other dental groups but Maria and Dr. Freeman keep us coming back because of their great quality care and amazing personal interaction.
I was traveling and needed a dentist unexpectedly. I contacted them in the middle of the night and within 2 minutes of their opening hours I received a call and was in their offices 30 minutes later. Even without an appointment I was in a dentist's chair just a few minutes later. The staff was kind and helpful and the doctor was also very nice, and more importantly resolved my problem. I couldn't have been happier and wish he had an office where I am from. Genuinely a good experience all around.
I had a horrible experience at Friedman Dental Group. I asked specifically for Dr. Friedman to be the dentist to look at my teeth during my cleaning. Instead I was given another dentist who tried to placate me saying he was just as good. This dentist proceeded to yank at one of my teeth, telling me he was "observing" it.
