I went in today for a couple of tests. I wasn’t feeling very good, but the front desk lady helped me, an assistant, which I wish I asked her name, was very nice at all times and even gave me water and soda crackers because I was nauseous. The dr was great too, very sweet. I am thankful for all the ladies in this location.
Horrible doctor. she was so judgmental and when I suspected that I was pregnant she told me "for someone like you lets hope your not pregnant" like what is that suppose to mean. And then another time I went in because I was having pain in my uterus they refused to check me and were shutting me up telling me that its cramps and I don't know what im talking about. if i could give 0 stars i would. been coming here for YEARS only because its close to where i live but the service? beyond unpleasant. you make an appointment & still have to wait over an hour to see the doctor, the front desk ALWAYS has an attitude and speaks over you without letting you finish your question/ statement. just rude and unprofessional. i havent changed my gyno due to the fact that i ONLY come here once a year to be frustrated about MY health, but that one visit a year i rather go somewhere else. noone ever ans... read more
Got an IUD at a family planning in Hudson county and was told I can get an ultrasound at any other center within the area so I called union city (I live here) and the lady told me they don’t provide this service. After telling her I had an iud she proceeded to say she will give me an appointment. I don’t understand why she lied and didn’t want to give me an appointment in the first place. This place is so unprofessional I would give them 0 stars if I could.
