This is the first dealership that I have been to where they put the customer first. I went in thinking I was going to haggle and argue but the sales Rep and manager took my parameters to heart and gave me an offer I couldn't say no to. Ask for Christian! I had been searching for a new truck for a while and was starting to feel discouraged by bad test drives and annoying sales tactics, Christian sealed the deal. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and curiosities were answered, stayed late to help me move my stuff from my old truck to the new one and has consistently addressed all of my questions that have popped up about the truck after the sale.
We drove from Grass Valley to buy our new truck. Isaiah was great. Friendly staff all around made the drive worthwhile. Love my new truck.
