Terrible company. They handled the plumbing in our new house. The tub had an issue as they didn’t properly install it with foam or support underneath. Then it was cut to install foam. Less than 6 months later the tub started flaking from the issue. They came by and looked at it due to our home warranty then nothing. Now they aren’t doing anything. What a nightmare! I was desperate for a plumber, but I regret ever calling this business. Not only were they more expensive than others, but they were extremely unprofessional and did a terrible job. They canceled the first appointment that was made without even calling to warn us. When they finally showed up the next day, they were unprepared for the repair and made a MESS of the place. Great company to work for with all the professionalism of a big company and the warm down to earth service of a small company! If you’re a good plumber they can make you a great one.
