10/10 Would recommend Stratton to anyone! Rodney created a perfect, beautiful engagement ring using stones from my grandparents. Customer service was amazing and worked well trying to figure out exactly what we wanted and it came out PERFECT. Immediately after ordering, I could not reach anyone—no confirmation besides the automated receipt, and every attempt to email customer service bounced back as a non-working address.
