These apartments are extremely loud. They’re not cleaned and stink of cigarette smoke. Although this is “supposed “ to be a smoke free residence, it isn’t. There is nothing here offered to the residents. The so called fitness center is just a small room with a treadmill and bike. No swimming pool, dog park, or nothing. Appliances are the cheapest on the market and repairs are never completed. Although Woda & Co. violated our lease, we can’t wait to get out of this dump!
My mom lives here. It's very nice. I love that she has a washer and dryer in her unit so she doesn't have to drag her laundry to a laundry room. She is an amputee.

The apartment is spacious, laminate floors-no carpet(bonus!). Kelsey is very helpful when I have questions. Move-in was seamless. Full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Nothing negative, at all!
