I love it here at Hobbs Green! Everyone is friendly! It’s so quiet here! I have had no problems or issues with anything or anyone! Would recommend Hobbs Green to anyone!
These apartments are extremely loud. They’re not cleaned and stink of cigarette smoke. Although this is “supposed “ to be a smoke free residence, it isn’t. There is nothing here offered to the residents. The so called fitness center is just a small room with a treadmill and bike. No swimming pool, dog park, or nothing. Appliances are the cheapest on the market and repairs are never completed. Although Woda & Co. violated our lease, we can’t wait to get out of this dump!
My mom lives here. It's very nice. I love that she has a washer and dryer in her unit so she doesn't have to drag her laundry to a laundry room. She is an amputee.
