The experience at Hobbs is very satisfying with only one service call since arriving here. The atmosphere and comradery of other tenants has expanded into the expansion of friends and neighbors. Keep up the good work!!
so far it's been great!! No worries
It's approximately 1:15 am on a Thursday morning. After repeated complaints about my upstairs neighbors who have zero regard for any of the people below them I've had enough. I have reported noise issues too Ava the manager and to her boss Chad and absolutely nothing has been done . I've never in my life thought a 55 and over community would have these issues . Imagine being sound asleep and being woken up by what one could only describe as a cinder block hitting the floor . This goes on every night . I'm now forced to sleep... read more
Love love love this place. The office manager is so nice and such a caring person. Words can NOT explain how helpful Ava is and you can clearly tell she cares.
