WARNING!! NEEDS NOT ONE STAR! AVOID HOBART SERVICE AT ALL COST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND YOU ARE COMPLETELY AT THEIR WHIM. THEY HAVE NO URGENCY IN RESOLVING PROBLEMS BUT OVERCHARGE AND CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING. NEEDS ATTORNEY GENERAL INVOLVEMENT AND CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DONT GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH! CONTACT ME I WILL EXPLAIN!! (STILL WAITING FOR SERVICE MANAGER CALL BACK)
Horrible service. Tech don’t even know what customer service is and that they need to communicate with a client before they leave . Customer service very dishonest “oh we will sent you someone today”. Three days later and no one shows up. No sense of urgency.
