Tbh, it was a bit disappointing. The receptionist and the podiatrist I saw were both very friendly but I was a bit underwhelmed by the whole experience. They were running half an hour late and nobody advised me or apologised while I was waiting. Finally, the podiatrist saw me and then she did apologise for the wait. In addition to Fleur’s warm and engaging manner I really admire and appreciate her holistic approach - she considers whole body health as well as her specific podiatry expertise and has made extremely valuable suggestions for me to follow up with other specialists, which have really helped my overall health.

Fleur is a genius! I had been experiencing chronic pain for over twelve months, following major foot surgery and really thought that I was going to be left with constant pain and hobbling. I was referred to Fleur by my orthopaedic surgeon. I found that Fleur really listened to me and asked a lot of questions. Fleur clearly explained what she thought was causing my pain and then designed some customised orthotics for me. After nearly 3 years of being pushed from Dr to Dr Podiatrist to yet another Clinic, I finally literally stumbled on Fleur at Hobart Podiatrists Macquarie Street. Straight away she assessed my foot and gave me so many options. Truly an amazing lady. My faith is restored - there are people out there who genuinely care !

All round an awesome experience from the first contact by phone with Mel who managed to fit me in at very short notice to solve a problem that threatened to sour an impending overseas trip. Appointment with Jenny the most pleasant 30 mins I’ve spent with a podiatrist ever ! 🙂 professional, lovely and I couldn’t be any happier with the end result 👍 All in all a great, friendly & professional team …thank you so much Margy, Mel & Jenny money well spent and will definitely recommend to family and friends……..Cheers Micky.
