Poor customer service experience. Our car was part of a safety recall and we were instructed to book in service as the required parts were available. Part way through the service day we were advised they didn't in fact have the required parts and they would need to order something in. They said they would overnight the delivery, which given it was a Friday meant not collecting the car until Monday. Steve was awesome to deal with and really made vehicle delivery special highly recommended and the whole team was very obliging and a real pleasure to deal with would not hesitate to deal with Hobart mini in the future. Jono from parts was also awesome and attended to my requirements . Laura was great with additional requirements and the products provided by Laura were really good and made the vehicle look brand new

We booked a test drive for the Mini Countryman at 1pm on Monday. At 12:50pm, your salesperson Gary called to say the car was actually in Launceston, not Hobart, and that it would need to be delivered and cleaned. He advised it would be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday and that we would be contacted once it arrived. We waited a full week with no update.
