Could Not Have Gone Any Better! I am that high-maintenance, super sensitive, dental patient. Dr. Tran's office has continuously treated me in the most gracious and accommodating way you can imagine. Enjoyed my experience very much. The staff was friendly and I understood fully everything that was happening and they even suggested a pediatric dentist for my son. I have more appointments there.
This was never told to me! I do believe that was just to butter me up after them making $300 off of me! I will never step foot back into Transdental because i feel the niceness wasnt sincere & it was because they made money off of me without me knowing! Now my dental insurance has been billed and i cannot see another dentist without paying full price because my insurance company covers 1 annual visit per year!
