The staff- Ms. MỸ is RUDE , DISMISSIVE behavior and UNPROFESSIONAL. She FAXED the WRONG PRESCRIPTION which was from 10/ 2023. Today is 07/ 2025. But She challenged to report to Medical Board. She yelled at me when I asked questions about this WRONG prescription. She made me feel like I was a burden. I was being treated poorly and belittled by her. STAY AWAY from This office.

My wife had an appointment with Dr. Christine Hoang at Bolsa Medical Clinic today, and I accompanied her there to act as her interpreter. First, Dr. Hoang and other staff failed to call a medical interpreter for my wife even though medical interpreters are available on the phone to help the doctors explain the diagnoses and or ask questions, and allowed me to interpret for her. The ABSOLUTE worst doctor's office I've ever been to. She was over an hour late to the appointment, got my medication wrong for over a month, no calls to let me know results of tests. They never return calls, you can never get the doctor to talk to you or call you back. Sent me to the most trash ultrasound place I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs.

Bolsa Medical Group is usually very busy, very! Dr. Christine Hoang is a very good OB-GYN. The key to good service here is getting a grip on communication, meaning get the first names of EVERYONE you need to speak to & use them repeatedly. For instance, there are two Dr. Christine's which I didn't know until 2 months in. Using first names gets me fast help when I need it. You must be proactive in your own health needs which we should do anyway at all times. Good service if you take the lead.
