Excellent and professional staff. I didn't have an appointment. I just walked in around 8:10 am Saturday morning because I was feeling sick., they took me at and I only had to wait like five minutes before they started taking my vitals. They tested me immediately for covid and flu. A few minutes later, the doctor saw me, talk to me. And, ask me a few questions. Excellent, professional and fast service! Hoag Orchard Hills staff is awesome, fast and efficient. J. Fraser, PA has excellent bed side manner and was spot on about my diagnosis even before the flu test came back. Best UC branch in Irvine!
