Each visit (a few now for our family of three) has been exceptional. In one case, my husband went at my urging. Turns out, he needed immediate attention. The NP caught something significant my husband’s previous doctor missed. With each visit, great care and compassion has been given. Thank you!
Had the best experience tonight!! The staff was all so friendly and knowledgeable of our needs and issue. They treated our three year old daughter on New Years evening. Took us in about 20 minutes to close of business and saw us within 30 minutes. Fast, easy and super easy. I did t have to fill out any paperwork either which made it a lot easier. Since my daughters pediatrician is in same network. I will definitely be going back here as needed!
Very professional environment very nice people the doctor was straightforward with me I especially like the fact that I could reserve my appointment time ahead so I there wasn't any real weight... I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone
My third visit to Hoag Urgent Care was fast and zero payment. I thought the test I needed was not free.
I had an EXCEPTIONALLY pleasant visit to Hoag urgent Care. We just moved here from out of state and I needed seen for an ear infection. The service was wonderful from the moment I arrived until checkout. Very professional and immaculate! I will definitely look into this for my health needs in the future.
Excellent treatment no matter which facility I go to.
Highly recommend this office. High tech, clean, outstanding service, friendly and showing empathy. Came there with my teen daughter 103.5 Temperature. Took care of her so well. Tested for flu, mono, strep throat, bacteria and were very professional. Educational and have the feeling they truely cared.
Promised I would give 6 stars! They were not contracted with my insurance but still wrapped up my bleeding foot before I left to the next urgent care. A caring group of professionals!
