Have the privilege of having Mimi Hoang DO as my primary care Doctor. I have never felt so seen and heard by a doctor. She has great listening and communication skills. She remembers her patients and makes sure everything is taken cared of not just physically but also mentally. Thank you so much Dr. Hoang! I always look forward to seeing you.

Whenever I visit Dr. Brian NGO and his team for a health concern they have showed so much care and concern for me. He provides me with detailed and knowledgeable answers to my many questions and i never feel like my appointments are rushed. My needs and concerns are promptly addressed. I’m very happy with his service. I’m also happy with his nursing and front desk team. They seem to remember me as a patient and try to connect with me on a personal level. They show care and concern. Highly recommend this office

I was billed $100+ for a single myChart message from my provider in response to a question about a prescription refill. Not a request for a refill, just a question on how I could get a refill without getting billed for an office visit. I was stuck with a bill that I had to dispute with Hoag. They didnt even run it through my insurance until after I disputed. Horrible patient service.. I was running late to my appointment, They said they offer a 15 min grace period and I was literally 1 min over from opening the door to talking to the nurse and they won’t see the patient because it’s a min over. Little kindness and courtesy at a pediatric facility would help especially if you’re working in hospital.
