Dr Gozzo was absolutely positively wonderful,thorough,explained everything,easy to talk with and places you at ease. You are in great hands in her care.
After waiting few weeks for my appointment, I received a voice message that my appointment was canceled (one day before my appointment) due to the doctor being unavailable. . Joshua (Staff member) said to call back to setup a new appointment and left a number to call. I called that number but I kept getting the wrong people to answer my call since apparently it was a general number for the entire hospital. I’m now at UCI medical Hoag is a mess. Waiting 40 mins for appointment on the phone then can’t see me for 2’months? UCi is the best. Covid shots all done
Dr. Gayathri Naik is a very good doctor. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. However, the office staff is very disorganized. They take a huge amount of time following up on orders, losing them at time, and often do not know what they are doing. Frustrating situation for a client who is waiting for results or referrals.
