Dr Chai' s office is staffed with friendly competent medical personnel, I am glad to be a part of the network. Hoag is the best for medicine for all ages!
I frequently go to Hoag health center in Huntington Beach for all of my imaging, labs, and urgent care needs. I feel like Hoag hospital goes above and beyond to take care of their patients.

Did not have a good experience at the OBGYN office at this location. After my visit, I waited a week with an untreated illness to hear results from a test, only to be told there was an error and I would have to come get retested. I was still fully charged for the first visit because I “saw” the practitioner. I tried on several occasions to speak to someone about clearing this up, only to be told by a third party that they insisted they coded it correctly. Complete incompetentence when it comes it the OBGYN department. I have so much I could say buy they have already wasted way more of my time than I'm okay with so just trust me when I say you're better off literally anywhere else.
