Dr. Stevens was awesome, much love to him. Unfortunately I had an issue with my insurance rejecting a couple claims that were submitted incorrectly, and it took dozens of messages and calls over the course of 3 months before anyone at this office would help me. I wound up dealing with these issues for a year and a half. One time I called in and the receptionist blamed me for everything and made me cry.
