Two years ago it was relatively easy to schedule an appointment. Now it is extremely difficult, whether PC online or phone text message. Location nearest me and where I've gone for the past several years does not appear as an option. Phone wait times are very long. What a shame. Maybe I'll just drive over there and see if they'll give me an appointment time. In the past, I'd give 5 stars; today I'd give 0 if that were an option.
Wow, if I could give 10 stars I would. This place feels like they care about the patients; their service is top notch. Came in for an ultrasound, and I waited maybe 5 min. for my appointment. Aka. they honor appointments unlike some doctors offices. Michelle the front desk person who checks you is super friendly and quick. Parking is ample and free.
