Wait times have not improved. I waited over 30 min for someone to pick up the phone. When they finally did, they couldn't hear me and hung up. ARGH!!! so upsetting. I'm going to drive there to make an appointment.
Two years ago it was relatively easy to schedule an appointment. Now it is extremely difficult, whether PC online or phone text message. Location nearest me and where I've gone for the past several years does not appear as an option. Phone wait times are very long. What a shame. Maybe I'll just drive over there and see if they'll give me an appointment time. In the past, I'd give 5 stars; today I'd give 0 if that were an option.
