The people driving their vans. Are not the brightest ducks in the pond. It’s like they should be driving short buses. Cutting off, semi trying to force their way in not knowing how to merge is dangerous and they should clearly not be on the road. Somebody needs to check their credentials. They’re not qualified to be Walmart greeters, let alone drive. I’ll be posting a video from my drive cam.
HOA Services is an excellent company, very caring and easy to work with. Our HOA recently re striped our parking lot, adding numbered spots and visitor spots. There were a lot of decisions to be made and Zeke & Rocky were so patient, kind and did a great job!
We've used them a few times for our HOA. Without fail, every single service has been significantly more expensive than quoted. They charged us for several hours of labor to change a singluar exterior light bulb. We've also hired them for a small siding repair, and a small gutter repair in the past. Every service, we paid 20-30% more than quoted. Don't do business with these people. I work with this company frequently, and they are rockstars. Shout out to Austin P, who always give us status updates in a timely manner and has been pleasant and kind. It's difficult to find vendors who are this communicative and helpful consistently, very pleased with their work thus far.
