Working with the HOA management company has created harmony amongst our board and I love working with them and would highly recommend.
Worked on various projects with hoa management, they were able to establish fast service on newly issued parking permits and were able to establish new rules for rental restrictions within our hoa community. Lastly, Victoria is a pleasure to work with as our community manager.
Great project management team, worked through several projects including camera , hoa security and landscaping proposals. We were skeptical given the company's vast number of properties but we were assured given their proximity to our Mission-Dollores HOA community. We have 42 units condominums that we were able to onboard with as a CFO we are able to approve all invoicing directly with our electronic approvals (no more mailed checks). Excited to have an HOA management company that services our community with 2 community managers. We also have several construction projects we were needing help obtaining bids on and special assessments that we were stuck in the middle of procuring from over hundred homeowners.
As a small association under 60 units it was difficult to find a professional responsive HOA Management company in San Francisco. They let us keep our preferred vendors and banks + they setup all our community members with autopayments via ACH. We saved money on a reserve study expense as they did this in house.
