I've served on HOAs for over 10 years now and have worked with 3 management companies. HOA Properties is by far the worst. Do not work with this company. Our SF-based condo HOA used HOA Properties (aka HOA Management Company) for the past 21 months. Documented issues: • Extremely unresponsive. I highly recommend this HOA management company. Daily reports has been huge for us as our other manager we would only hear from once a month. We have completed multi million dollar waterproofing and painting projects with top tier construction management company in house pro bono. Value far exceeds monthly flat fee with no add ons. Our other management company would charge for late fees, collection letters and a variety of other add ons. Amazing transparency and communication.

Our HOA experienced extensive operational and financial management problems during the period this company oversaw our community. Required tax filings were missed for multiple years, and several tax payments were not submitted, which created significant complications for the association. We’ve had a great experience working with HOA Management Company as the management company for 700 Dolores St. Homeowners Association. Their office in Potrero Hill made it easy to stay connected, and their team is consistently fast and responsive — emails and calls get answered quickly, and issues get resolved without the usual back-and-forth delays. Worst property management company for HOA that you could ever deal with. Did not pay our tax returns for 2 years, would not pay vendors, disrespectful to homeowners, employees, HOA board members, high turnover in community managers, etc, etc. Do not work with Lance Walker. This is a shell company that scams HOA's out of there money by not providing any of the services they state they do. I'm genuinely confused how they are still in business
