Worst property management company for HOA that you could ever deal with. Did not pay our tax returns for 2 years, would not pay vendors, disrespectful to homeowners, employees, HOA board members, high turnover in community managers, etc, etc. Do not work with Lance Walker. This is a shell company that scams HOA's out of there money by not providing any of the services they state they do. I'm genuinely confused how they are still in business

Unresponsive, unhelpful and completely unbothered. I tried to reach the person in charge, Lance for days. He ignored all efforts. Then one of the board members of my HOA very kindly reached out to him on my behalf. The response I got (indirectly) was that my requests for basic, standard documents, would take 10 days and cost a fee. They said they’d send an I voice for that fee and neglected to do so. Still unresolved. I will be contacting my lawyer next.

This review is for the HOA management company managed by Lance Walker. The company operates under multiple business names, addresses, and phone numbers, so I want to be clear about which management I’m referring to. Our experience has been extremely frustrating. Maintenance has been poorly handled and disorganized. The community gate has been malfunctioning for months, frequently trapping residents either inside or outside the property with no timely resolution. This is a really terrible company to deal with. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and disrespectful and didn’t have a clue how to their job. I would recommend not getting involved with this company unless you like extra problems and stress in your life.
