We install Air Condition in end of the 2004 after complaining from the neighbor summer from HOA came by and check the sound level with no experience on checking. They get involved with the lawyer to seize our heat pump in a winter no heat at all we cannot use for all cold days no heating or AC after 8 months we replaced with another one with recomndtion from her and now they asked me to use engineering for check sound level test to start using but it cost about $2000 or more and Air Condition I replaced cost me another $8000... read more
