I can't say enough good things about Dr. HO Thompson and I have been seeing him for over 10 years. 5 stars in my book. I have reccomended him to many of my family and friends all who are very happy with his care!
Pretty good place
Everyone in the office was friendly and they were able to fit in an appointment within the week I called. Dr. Thompson seemed knowledgeable but after he did my skin check, he asked me where my freckles and moles are, which think he should have seen for himself. So that didn't instill a lot of confidence, but everything else went smoothly.
Where do I start? I have been employed in the medical field for over 27 years. I am an M.A. and now work with the Administrative duties aspect. Before anything, I must compliment the Front Staff. Very helpful and answer calls and very polite. The back office,Nurse, not the same! She wasn’t warm, just seemed tired of her place of employment. The room she took my child into smelled something fierce. It did not seem like it was deodorized from the last patient or cleaned for that that matter. HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!!! I would never ever in my life go to this dermatologist again the dermatologist assistant was very rude I was around 10 minutes late due to a car wreck and she made me wait until all the guest were seen and I had to go last The receptionist even disagreed with her on the decision but she still did it the doctor was very nonchalant and was not caring about the conditions of others and I didn't feel like he honestly had a I can help you or I am willing to assist attitude SORRY THIS PLACE IS awful Awful!
