Dr. Choi, his office, and his surgery center were all very professional and efficient. I had 2 things going on with my eyes, so Dr. Choi clearly explained what my issues were, my choices, and the pros and cons for both options. Ultimately I chose cataract surgery on both my eyes - which to me was a scary thing to do, just by definition. He did an awesome job, I can see well again. He always told me what he was doing, what to expect therefore, the whole process was unalarming & unsurprising. Can't ask for more than that!
Dr. Choi and his staff are kind, thoughtful, very professional and communicate in an easy to understand manner. His role is difficult because of the risks involved in retinal diseases He deals with it in a calm butstraightforward manner that instills confidence without lessening the gravity of his message. I highly recommend Saratoga Eye Institute and Dr. Ho Sun Choi!
Dr Choi was great. He was able to get me in on day 1.
