This company forced me out by refusing to treat a huge rat problem. They blamed me for having a cluttered home. This even after sending photos showing the outside entry points that the rats would come in every night and then leave in the morning. They threw out all of my belongings without notice because I could not afford to pay them, movers, and for safe housing for myself and my child elsewhere quickly enough. This company is barbaric. I wouldn't recommend them even as a last resort. *Edit: I wasn't able to respond directly, Michelle, but you know the kind of business you're running. You don't need to search for my name to know that. Your ethics are bad. There are better companies with better business practices to choose from in this town.

I have been a tenant at a HNN property for about 6 years. From the initial application to today the staff have been responsive and supportive to any concerns I have. When I have a maintenance request the team ensure the appropriate specialists are notified and they come out right away. If you are looking for property mangers who care about people HNN team is where you want to be connected with.

I’ve lived at 2151 Lenox Rd NE since 2018, and since HNN Atlanta took over, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism and responsiveness truly stand out, and it’s clear they are dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and well-cared-for community.
