We faced some challenges at our apartment, and HNN helped us handle them every step of the way. Whether it was needing a new washer/dryer, fixing a leak, or anything else, they really came through for us. The Director of Projects, Mike, really was a constant line of communication and did a great job representing HNN with his hard work. We really appreciate him and everyone else, including Ms. Taylor, who made our tenant experience so positive.
The maintenance requests are done promptly, it is easy to communicate with them. All customer service/maintenance staff are polite and professional. However, my one star review is how the company literally charges you for the "convenience" of paying rent. In my many years of paying rent, I've literally never experienced this when paying directly with a bank account (ACH). Do I have to mail a check in to avoid fees? Is it even 2023?
