I was booked 7 days of IV fluids , it was to be done at my home, but they had shortage of Nurses, so I was referred to Hartzel rd clinic, the IV was started by a male Nurse , he informed me that they don't have time for me to sit and monitor IV, that I would have to come in for the next 7 days to have fluid hooked up, than leave and go home. So he wanted me to leave with IV fluid bag in my arm, to walk outside with it, take two buses home , walk down the street, all while trying to hold my IV bag, needless to say I never rec... read more
Nurses and staff are good and are caring people.
I went from being self sufficient to needing assistance due to illness. The LHIN program has been with me every step of my journey. I thank them setting up assistance
I highly recommend this place for wound care. The nurses go above and beyond to help their clients.
