Update: First experience was sitting at home waiting for HNG to show up. No one bothered calling, or showing up. Second experience they finally showed up when they were supposed to. But they did not leave the washer in working order. my Washer shredded the rubber seal, it left hundreds of tiny rubber pieces behind. when asked if they were going to clean out all the pieces, they said just run the self clean and it will be fine. we ran it twice, and I keep vacuuming out rubber pieces. And the drum still does not spin correctly... read more
The 3 hours window that there technician will show up no worry to wait they show up early and approach is very proffecional there service is highly recommend.
My service call was fantastic. The serviceman came early, which was great for me. I didn't have to wait the entire three-hour service window. He was quick and did a great job. In and done. I would use them again anytime.
