How about a phone call when HNG messes up an appointment instead of text messages? An apology would have been nice instead of a series of text messages that essentially said it was my fault.
Just answer the phones at reasonable amount a time.......on wait for 40min as of now. Show on time.
Email confirmation of service under Home Depot/Asurion "protection plan" said HNG would confirm the service appointment, but didn't do so, didn't arrive for service, and now says (when I contacted them) they can't provide service for 3 weeks from the date the claim was recorded. HNG needs to hire more technicians or stop taking Home Depot/Asurion contract work. Completely unprofessional.
Evidently they don't answer their phone or return messages.
Does not pick up phone when you call, also inexperienced fixing Samsung Range.
Appalled at how a company could treat a customer so poorly. Horrible communication, set an appointment that they did not honor, rude on the phone... avoid
