Horrible to deal with financially. Quote you a price up front for the procedure, then tack on hundreds of dollars after the fact for reasons no one can ever explain. Never answer the phones and takes them days to return a left message. Predatory. The surgical staff however, are top notch and great.
Excellent team of professionals.
All elements of the procedure were handled in a professional and expedient manner, including registration to pre-procedure explanations and details, through post op instructions.
I can't add much that has not been said. Simply a well run medical facilty with a very friendly staff.
The staff at HMU Surgical all helped my procedure be a pleasant experience. Their care, compassion, and professionalism truly showed throughout the entire team. Thank you ALL for your excellent care!
