The staff was very professional. They guided me through the entire process from scheduling, confirming, preparation and ultimately on the date of the visit. They were on time and all very professional
I have been calling to try to pay my balance. The lady who finally answered the phone after 2 hours, Told me the wrong amount. I tried to tell her my statement amount. She kept over talking me. Then not only did she argue with me. She hung up the phone. So I assuming the company don't want my payment. You have no other way to pay. Also this makes the second time your payment services has my amount wrong. I think your trying to scam me. Your company needs to learn to get your facts straight, and learn customer service.
The facility is spotlessly clean and professionally run. Registration was fast and easy. My Cystoscopy procedure was relatively painless and completed in a few minutes. Kristine was great in explaining the procedure and assisting. I highly recommend Dr Baum, his staff and this surgical center.
