I didn't have any issues going through this PCA agency when I started in 2021. However, I did start to notice some really shady things this agency was doing... however, when my concerns were brought to their attention, they either provided a runaround answer that did not make sense or it really just DID NOT ADDRESS THE CONCERN at all. 1. They are the lowest paying PCA agency amongst all of the other Hmong owned agencies in the State of Minnesota.
