The ER personnel needs lots of improvement to do... been there for 10hrs between the doctor and nurses. Long waiting hours no Results such a slow system.. I feel bad for any of you to confined your self in this facility. Will never recommend to anyone this hospital. I’ll drive 2hrs away to get to a trusted facility than this. So annoyed and frustrated. I’m furious that this expensive with the hospital that’s why I don’t like hospital at all. But they don’t have problems billing you every single procedure.

My fiancé went to the ER with major stomach pains. After a few hours to prep for CT scan we received our results about an hour after the scan. Appendectomy was needed. Admitted her to the Brennan wing of hospital same night then had surgery the following afternoon. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, from the valet drivers (in sub 20F weather), to the ER nurses (Ellen was our nurse), to the nurses in Brennan (Edwin, Sydney,Jessica) and all the doctors were fantastic. Hospital deserves zero stars... u will possibly lose your life at the hands of mentally sick doctors and nurses.

The Joint Replacement Unit offers the finest health care I have ever received. Every single thing done for the patient has a high standard that is followed by every single staff member, from doctor to housekeeper. All staff members are friendly & kind. Their good humor reflects the high level of job satisfaction in an outstanding health care environment.
