I can't thank the staff enough for helping me when I had an MG exacerbation and ended up in the ER. Yes, the ER is overwhelmed but the staff tries their best to take care of each patient the best that they can and they made me feel really comfortable and explained every step they were taking towards my treatment. It's not their fault, it's the design and layout of the ER. There's not enough rooms for such a large hospital.
