Yesterday was my second surgery for my foot at SOCH. The outpatient surgery staff were awesome once again!!!
Rude staff, hit nurse button no one came for 45 minutes. This place smells like medical malpractice and negligence.....

I have been dealing with my medical issue for over 10 years now. I've been to many different doctors and many hospitals. The treatment I received here was one of the best I have ever experienced! The staff is so professional, helpful and caring! From the woman who met us at the front desk and walked us to where I needed to be, to the cook at the deli who made me lunch at breakfast time and the nurses at The Outpatient Surgery Center (Michelle and many others) and Dr. Rhee! Went with my 23 yr old daughter and we ended up having spinal tap, two cat scans, x-rays and 25 viles of blood taken out and sitting in ER for 10 hours with out anyone telling me Amy info! They admitted her into the hospital still with no info and it took a 2 calls to client relations, speaking to the head nurse and 24 hours later to speak to a doctor who said it's viral fever. I'm glad that they take pro caution but not keeping us informed and not speaking to the patient is not ok!
