The only two great things about this hospital is the successful surgery of a joint replacement on my shoulder I had this past Wednesday and the food was delicious. Everything else was pissing me off. Most of the nurses didn't know what meds I was taking. They would be late giving the meds to me. The nurse messed up my prescriptions. It took 5 hours from getting my pain meds and getting home to rest. Never again will I go to Hackensack Hospital! I forgot to mention it took my family 5 hours to see me. I love HUMC!!! From the ER to OR and everywhere in between. Everyone has taken excellent care of my mother over the years and am forever grateful!!

I was at Jersey Shore hospital with my husband yesterday. He was having back surgery. Whoever did the schedule was horrible. He waited 4 hours for his surgery. And I waited forever for him. We end up leaving at 10 at night We got there at 11 in the morning. It was just horrible the way they scheduled the patients.
