The doctor was not in the room 2 minutes with my daughter either. He said what he thought it was but whatever we were doing was working, just keep doing that. Total waste of time and money.
Doc was in the room for less than 2 minutes. Glanced at my foot, gave me a diagnosis on site, and didn’t even care to explain any of it to me. Didn’t give me the information that he said he was going to give for exercises. Didn’t call back about lab results. Sent a prescription to my pharmacy, didn’t tell me what it was, when to take it, etc. Was charged a $50 copay upon checkout, although I was sure I met my deductible. Not happy with how things was handled with my 11 year old daughter today. She was scared. In grown toe. As soon as he seen tears before he touched her he rolled his chair back through his hands up and said no thank you. We don't do that in this office she can go to the operating table. Can't remember the sentence of him using the word hell.
