REMOVE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS!!! Although I specifically told them NOT to clean the center console, somehow my bottle of cologne went missing. I also told them NOT to clean out the change tray, yet my nearly full change tray became nearly empty. They did a great job on the detailing and wash. That starts them off with a solid 5 stars. Minus one star for "losing" my cologne from an area they weren't supposed to touch. Minus one star for "losing" nearly all of my change. Minus one star for cleaning supplies left in the trunk.

Used self serve. Soap doesn't come through wand for at least 1 minute and triple foam. Spent $10, complained, got $4 in tokens (useless if equipment doesn't work).

Treated my car and scheduled a detail. Got the car backand it had black marks all over the inside roof. Callrd them they took the car again to clean up the black marks, still there. Called again, guy told me i must have made the marks. They were not there when they got my car the first time. He pretty much said I was lying. Never been disappointed there and they even remove dents and scrapes if you need it done.
Had our two Camry's cleaned and polished. Both look great and ready for the New England winter. Very helpful and courteous staff. Gave me a ride home after dropping off the car and called to let me know that it was finished early. 123524
My car was full of dog hair and to be honest was way past a good vacuum. I was in total shock when they were done, it looks brand new. Definitely worth the trip.
