Horrible experience and would never return! Had a gift certificate for a car detail and I made an appointment, dropped my car off early in the morning and it wasn’t ready until nearly 8 hours later- not a problem if the car was fully cleaned. I was charged an extra $15 (they wanted to charge $50!) for food stains in the car but the stains weren’t fully cleaned in several spots to the point I will need to deep clean it myself. Just had my car detailed yesterday and WOW what a GREAT job HMA did ! I have 3 large dogs and we hike in Lynn Woods almost everyday. Needless to say, the car was a huge mess w/dog hair and lots of dirt. Thanks to HMA, my car is spotless and beautiful. The best tho, were the 3 dog biscuits they had tied in a ribbon for my dogs ! They loved their treats ! Thanks HMA, you are the best.
I asked HMA to pick up my son's car for his birthday and detail the inside for $69. That car was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in forever! And when it came back, I swear it looked new again. Even had a fresh scent. Very grateful! Now he needs to keep it like that!
Excellent job. I have 2 Golden Retrievers who shed a lot. There was enough hair in the back of my car to make a 3rd dog. HMA got it all out. It was like the dogs had never been in my car.
Had my 03 elantra waxed for the winter what a great job great used the pick sevices very please with the work that was done I will be back
Loved the service, did a great job getting rid of scratches, the shines fantastic. Even did curtosy vacuum free of charge
